You have the option to withhold information; however, this might limit the scope or effectiveness of the services I can offer.

All client information is securely stored, whether physically in locked cabinets or electronically on protected servers and devices. Access to sensitive data is restricted solely to authorised personnel who hold the necessary security credentials.

Your personal and session information is securely stored and retained for a minimum of seven years after our last session, in accordance with professional guidelines and legal requirements.

Clients understand that engaging in counselling may bring up uncomfortable feelings or revisit difficult experiences. By proceeding with therapy, clients acknowledge and accept that such emotional responses are a natural part of the healing process.
